COP

coefficient The coefficient that defines the efficiency of the heat pump operation is the COP coefficient of performance. It is the ratio of the amount of heat obtained in the pump's condenser to the electricity consumed by the heat pump.

A COP of 4.31 means that from 1 kW of electricity, the heat pump produces 4.31 heat energy in the form of hot water.

For example, when installing an electric water heater COP = 1, and when installing a heat pump COP = 4.31 (according to EN 255-3), the

higher the COP coefficient, the more efficiently the pump works and consumes less electricity.

The COP

standard The COP standards define the conditions under which the heat pump was tested, e.g. according to EN 255-3, the pump draws in air at a temperature of 20 ° C and heats the water to a temperature of 45 ° C, and according to the EN 16147 standard, the pump draws in air at 20 ° C and heats the water to 45 ° C.

Hence, differences in the final COP may result. Individual standards differ in the process and test conditions, which can be explored by reviewing the above standards.

We are distinguished by a high-quality tank made of stainless steel. In heat pumps, we use an accurate electronic expansion valve that controls the efficiency in changing conditions of the intake air.

Thanks to an additional electric heater in the tank, you can significantly speed up the heating process in case you need to quickly heat the water.

Our pumps have an additional coil for connection to another heat source, e.g. solar panels.

The heat pump can be used to cool and dry selected rooms. You can design the entire ventilation system and use the constant ventilation mode in the heat pump to ventilate rooms in the house.
